As one of our most popular floor plans, The Sunrise makes life easier and more exciting than ever before. Featuring a bigger and brighter entryway, you’re immediately welcomed with an immense amount of natural light and a homely atmosphere. The gorgeous library/study area is placed directly off the main hallway as you enter the house—bringing a peaceful, calming feeling as soon as you come through the front door. The entry hallway is a lot wider in this floor plan than the typical home, which graciously guides your attention down the hall and invites you to enter the great room and kitchen areas. The Sunrise has one of our largest great rooms, extending deeper into the home to provide a smooth transition between the kitchen, dining space and living area.
