Our initial target location to develop our construction business project is located in the City of Kyle TX. at the Woodlands Park Subdivision Phase 2, East of I-35 off of FM-150. The community strategic location boasts wonderful amenities including playgrounds, community pool, walking paths and much more! 

The area is served by the recognized Hays Independent School District as follows: 
Tobias Elementary School- Kinder to 5^th
Wallace Middle School- 6^th to 8^th  
Lehman High School- 9^th-12^th

Public Utilities are served by: County Line Water Supply Corp, The City of Kyle Sewer and Garbage, Pedernales Electric, Verizon Telephone and Time Warner Cable.

Hospitals needs for the area are currently served by the Central Texas Medical Center, but late in 2009 the brand new Seton Hospital will be ready to attend the local needs within less than 5 miles from our location.
